There really is nothing better than following your passion!    

After moving to the Hampton Roads area, Frank Kriston found himself entertaining friends and family and searching for creative ways to provide comfortable, yet elegant ways to present and prepare food for his guests.  Hours spent in the kitchen watching his mother and grandmother create family traditions fresh from their own gardens, led him to love good food and appreciate how food brings people together. He used his artistic abilities to create food and tablescapes that WOW’d his friends.   

In 2005, then an accountant, Frank decided to set a new path for his future, and follow his lifelong passion for food. His dream was to create a company that would capture the elusive transcending characteristics of cooking and entertaining. He started with small cocktail parties for friends. Word spread quickly, and he began to build a regular clientele base, preparing great food and providing quality service to art galleries, gourmet dinner parties, and special events.  

Three years later, Frank decided to put aside the calculator for good and put on his chef’s hat full time. Kristof Kuisine was born! The business has quickly grown and become one of the most sought out caterers in the region. Kristof Kuisine’s commitment to friendly customer service and quality food, using only the finest and freshest ingredients, and preparing everything from scratch is what sets us apart from the rest!!  

Through the years, we’ve grown because of the relationships with our clients. Our prosperity in no small part is due to the fact that almost 99% of our business is referral and repeat. We thank those of you that have allowed us to follow our passion; and for those of you that are new to Kristof Kuisine.
